Using Machinery the Right Way

A few months ago, my wife and I realized that something was wrong with the way our yard was graded. Instead of water rushing away from our home, it seemed to seep in every chance it got. It was really frustrating to struggle with a soggy basement, but it was a reality we had to face. After renting a wet and dry vacuum a few times, I decided that we needed to become a little more proactive and regrade our property. I rented a few pieces of heavy machinery, and dug up our yard. Although it took a few days to get the job done, it made a world of difference.
